Some workers dream of starting their own businesses. Others want to build a future for their children and for the generations to come. As different as they may be, these workers are all driven by the same raison d'etre - family.

Ostitoh, which is the Bengali word for existence, is a reflective documentary on the lives of Bangladeshi workers in Singapore. Through a series of phone calls and interviews, we peek into the lives of these unassuming labourers.
